Training available in:

Hatha yoga: physical postures, breathing, meditation, chanting to help you feel more easeful, peaceful, and to give you functional strength and understanding of how body mechanics can enhance athletic activities. 

Mantra meditation: meditation to help you with your personal goals through use of specific Integral Yoga formula for meditation that includes chanting, breathing, posture regulation, and repetition of specific mantras that are picked for your unique needs

Pranayama: breathing practices to help relieve stress, improve wellbeing, provide coping strategy for mental health challenges, improve wellness

Yoga Wellness for Daily Life: simple strategies for incorporating yoga techniques into your daily life. Based on the principles of Yoga and its sister life science, Ayurveda, specific techniques are suggested based on goals, temperament, and preference. Topics include: daily scheduling for optimal wellness, maximizing exercise and diet to be enhanced by yoga, dealing with difficult emotions and people, how to adjust your lifestyle to match the rhythms of nature and enhance wellness
